APE是一种音频文件格式，一般用.ape的文件扩展名，有时也采用.MAC的扩展名。APE格式采用无损数据压缩，在不降低音质的前提下，能有限地压缩WAV音轨文件，压缩比率一般在55%左右。在音质上，相对于WMA、MP3、AAC等有损数据压缩的格式有着绝对的优势。 简单点说这种音频文件的音质跟CD差不多。

    换了640G的硬盘之后，就把MP3放到角落了，呵呵，全下载的APE格式的音乐，买个好点儿的耳机，听歌很是享受。
